I have been in the mortgage lending business since 1995. My philosophy is simple: I believe that my business should be about building relationships and helping my clients to achieve their dreams.  You can rely on me for a wide array of financing options, including modular and manufactured loan programs. My experience in originating and underwriting mortgage loans provides me with a valuable perspective – and I put that perspective to work, helping countless families and individuals meet their home financing needs.

I am proud to live and work in Fort Collins, Colorado. I love the outdoors and enjoy fishing, golfing and tennis, as well as cooking and spending time with friends and family. My love for this area of our state also gives me insights into the financing needs in the diverse communities and neighborhoods that make up the local real estate market.
